Shipping information/shipping terms and conditions

All information herein is correct from date written.

 WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UK

All shipping is free to the UK mainland.

Any item bought before 16:30 we try to dispatch same day but we cannot guarantee your item will be dispatched.

We aim to get your purchased item on your door step within 3 – 5 working days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

If for any reason your item does not arrive after 28 days please phone us on: 0117 956 8590 and let us know. Once we have all the information we need we will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible. This process may take up to 3 days but as soon as we have information we will forward it to you.

Once we have an answer we will confirm with you before acting.

If for any reason we cannot send your item we will contact you letting you know the reason and an alternative.

We reserve the right to refund your item without prier notice due to stock problems or any other problems that arise.

Returns

All our items come with a one year warranty (excluding faders, knobs and bulbs)

Any faulty goods must be returned by the customer at there cost (keep the receipt).

If you are an applicable candidate we may ask for the sending receipt so we can refund the cost to send your item.

We will exchange faulty goods within 14 days of purchase, any item found faulty after 14 days will be returned for warranty repair. This may take up to 2 months. (average time approx 3 weeks).
